Jolyn de Boer, is PHIT America’s Advocacy and Program Director, joining its founder, Jim Baugh, on a mission get U.S. kids active, healthy and on the pathway to lifetime sports, notably tennis. As the former COO and TIA Executive Director (Tennis Industry Association), de Boer focused on research insights, the business of tennis and was instrumental in the development of collaborative grassroots initiatives (Tennis Welcome Centers, Cardio Tennis, Youth Tennis, PlayTennis.com, etc.).
She spearheaded industry networking forums including the NY Tennis Forum, Future of Tennis Forum, Innovation Challenges and the Tennis Owners & Managers Conference in addition to developing the inaugural Racquet and Paddle Sports Conference alongside the PGA Show in Orlando.
In spring 2020, de Boer founded the Racquet & Paddle Sports Alliance, a network to connect “like-minded, future-thinkers, problem-solvers” to help champion causes, individuals and businesses who are focused on improving racquet sports benefits and growth.
