Hélène worked at TBWA\ Worldwide for over 27 years, mainly in CRM and data and had her own agency for 8 years as part of TBWA\ Worldwide before she became a board member/partner of TBWA\Netherlands. In recent years she worked at TCC Global as global lead sustainability and sr. consultant innovation, where she developed the sustainable strategy and helped mature several sustainable product ranges and global brands. Hélène is a fanatical athlete, plays a lot of padel and wants to accelerate action for climate change and impact at scale in sports.
